Which size should I choose?

PawSmile™ is available in Trumpet, Medium, and Large. Choose the option that best fits your dog’s mouth and chewing style. Always supervise play and remove the toy if it becomes damaged or if pieces loosen.

Can I choose two different sizes in the 2-pack?

Yes. The Build Your 2-Pack bundle lets you select a size for each toy. You can combine two different sizes or choose two of the same size. All available options are green.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to Mexico and the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is sent by email after the order ships.

How should I clean the toy?

Rinse it with water and inspect it regularly between play sessions. Remove it from use if you notice damage or loose pieces.

Is this a veterinary dental product?

No. PawSmile™ is a dog toy designed for supervised chewing and play. It is not a veterinary or medical device and does not replace professional dental care.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at contact@pawsmile.com.mx within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost or refund the original payment method.

Can I return the toy if my dog does not like it?

Returns are accepted only when an item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered. Returns are not accepted for a change of mind, normal wear, excessive chewing, misuse, lack of supervision, or because a dog does not like the toy.
